AuraDog supports personal observation and record-keeping for your pet. Breathing rates are estimates. AuraDog does not assess health status, diagnose disease or other conditions, detect medical emergencies, or provide prevention or treatment recommendations. Do not use its results to make medical or treatment decisions.
Measurement limitations
Automatic breathing measurement may be affected by room noise, dog movement, panting, microphone position, device condition, and other factors. A breathing result in AuraDog is not a medical result or clinical measurement. If a result seems doubtful, repeat the measurement or use Manual mode.
Your responsibility and veterinary care
Contact a licensed veterinarian if you are concerned about your pet. In an emergency, contact an emergency veterinary service. AuraDog does not determine whether care is needed or how urgently it is needed. Do not delay veterinary care or rely on an app result as reassurance.
Local iPhone storage
AuraDog is designed for iPhone. Dog profiles, breathing records, check-ins, and vet visit records are stored locally on the iPhone where you create them. AuraDog does not provide a cloud record service or cross-device record sync. Device backups and transfers managed by Apple or by you may include local app data, depending on your settings.
Historical comparisons and recording summaries
Percentage differences compare a saved value with your pet’s first saved measurement. That reference is not a typical value, medical target, or healthy range. Historical trends, statistical bands, and recording interval summaries describe data only; they do not classify your pet as healthy, unhealthy, normal, or abnormal.
Possible recording noise
When a recording may contain noise, AuraDog explains that the BPM is an estimate and asks you to measure again. The estimate is still saved as an ordinary result without a noise or abnormality label and may be included in historical comparisons and summaries. This message describes recording quality, not your pet’s health.
Owner-entered observations and veterinary records
Check-ins and notes reflect your own observations. Veterinary diagnoses in visit records are entered by you from your veterinarian’s information. AuraDog does not generate or verify those diagnoses. Exported reports organize saved information and do not provide a medical assessment.
License
Subject to these terms, you're granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use AuraDog for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Subscriptions
AuraDog Pro is billed through Apple's App Store at $1.49 / month or $9.99 / year. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to reverse engineer, resell or redistribute AuraDog. Don't use it in a way that impairs the service for others.

AuraDog is provided as-is. We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from its use.
Changes
We may update these terms when the app materially changes. The effective date below will reflect the latest version.
